Backpack Filling

¡Levantar!’s Annual Backpack Drive is a back-to-school celebration for the families of North Fair Oaks. Every Agosto, our volunteers come together to assemble hundreds of fully-stocked backpacks for local elementary and middle school students, which we hand out at a community fiesta complete with food, family activities, music, and a fire truck visit from our local fire department. It’s one of our most meaningful community events of the year — a chance to send our kids back to school feeling supported, celebrated, and ready to learn.
